Returns & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders can only be cancelled if we receive your request at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date. After this period, cancellations are not possible as production and dispatch will have commenced.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns on any perishable items, including our organic juice cleanses. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us immediately.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
Your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe due to an error on our part.
4. Refund Process
- If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please email hello@manna-organic.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
- Once reviewed, if approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
- We do not cover refund costs for issues beyond our control (e.g., if the package was not collected from the delivery location on time and spoiled as a result).
